Ingredients of Aged Rum Liqueur with thermomix
1 liter milk
2 sachets flan (64 gr), mine are potax
200 gr condensed milk (mine is homemade without sugar)
200 ml aged rum (adjust +-, according to taste)
Preparation of aged rum liqueur with thermomix
First we will make the flan. To do this, we place the milk and flan powders in the glass, 20 sec, V-5.
Now, 10 min, 90°, V-2.
We pour it into a bowl and when it cools we take it to the refrigerator (about 4/6 hours)
Now comes the time to put together our liquor
Pour the flan into pieces into the glass and add the condensed milk. 1 min, V-5.
Finally we add the rum (try half and see taste and intensity), I have added the 200 that the recipe indicates. We program 40 sec, V-5.
We pour it into a glass bottle and it is advisable to leave it in the refrigerator for one to two days before using it for the first time. Since this way the flavors will be accentuated over the days.
