Preparation of Instagram Viral Banana Pudding with Thermomix

1. Condensed milk and pudding mix:
2. Place the condensed milk and ice water in the Thermomix glass. Program 30 seconds at speed 3.5.
3. Add the vanilla pudding powder and mix for 3 minutes at speed 3.5 or until the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a container, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
5. Whip the cream:
6. Place the butterfly in the Thermomix glass. Add the cold whipped cream and whip at speed 3.5 without setting any time, watching until it is firm. (Normally this takes between 1-2 minutes, but it is important to be careful to avoid cutting yourself).
7. Remove one-third of the whipped cream and add it to the chilled pudding mixture. Incorporate with gentle movements.
8. Add the rest of the cream and mix carefully to maintain the airy texture.
9. Mounting:
10. Peel the bananas and reserve a piece of about 3 cm for decoration. Cut the rest of the bananas into thin slices.
11. In dessert glasses, place 2 or 3 vanilla cookies on the bottom. Add some banana slices and about 2 tablespoons of the pudding and cream mixture.
12. Repeat the layering process until the glasses are full. Decorate with a vanilla cookie and some crumbled cookies.
13. Cool and serve:
14. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours so the cookies absorb the cream and set.
15. Before serving, decorate with the reserved banana piece and more crumbled cookies if you wish.
