Today we are going to make a coffee liqueur for after meals and it couldn’t be easier to do, it’s almost like mixing all the ingredients and that’s it.

Ingredients

400 grams of condensed milk
300 grams of cold strong coffee
30 grams dark chocolate
85 grams of vodka
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Instructions

First we put the dark chocolate in the thermomix and we pulverize it 8 seconds / speed 10
We put the rest of the elements in the glass and mix everything 10 seconds / speed 7
We put it in a bottle and keep it in the fridge
