Ingredients of Quesitos cheesecake with thermomix

  • 200 sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 16 cheeses
  • 6 natural Greek yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation of Quesitos cheesecake with thermomix

  1. we put the sugar in the Thermomix bowl and make icing sugar,
  2. *20 seconds / speed 10
  3. Add the eggs and program
  4. 3 minutes / 37ºC / speed 3
  5. once finished we repeat but without temperature
  6. 3 minutes / speed 3
  7. add the cheeses and program
  8. 1 minute / progressive speed 5-10
  9. Add the yogurts and program
  10. 1 minute / progressive speed 5-10
  11. We put a mold, grease it and put the dough in it and program
  12. 30 minutes / 180ºC
  13. and we are observing partor of the 30 minutes that it is done, inserting a toothpick and seeing that it comes out clean. which will indicate that it is ready
  14. once done we take it out of the oven and before unmolding it we let it rest so that it settles
  15. when it is warm we can unmold
