Preparation of 5 healthy homemade dressings with Thermomix
Lemon and basil dressing (Themomix)
- Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of minced fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Place the garlic in the Thermomix and crushed vessel 3 sec / vel 7.
- Add the lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper. Mix 5 sec / vel 4.
- With the Thermomix in operation at Vel 4, add the olive oil in fine thread by the mouth. Mix 10 sec.
- Try and adjust the seasoning if necessary. It serves or keeps in a bottle in the fridge.
Mustard and honey dressing (Themomix)
- Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Place the mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper in the glass. Mix 5 sec / vel 4.
- With the Thermomix in operation at Vel 4, add the olive oil in fine thread by the mouth. Mix 10 sec.
- Try and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Save in a bottle and refrigera.
Ginger and Soy (Thermomix) dressing
- Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Place the ginger in the vessel and crush 3 sec / vel 7.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Mix 5 sec / vel 4.
- With the thermomix in operation at Vel 4, add the sesame oil in fine thread by the mouth. Mix 10 sec.
- Try and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Save in a bottle and refrigera.
Avocado and Lemon (Thermomix) dressing
- Ingredients:
- 1 mature avocado
- 1/4 cup of fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Place the garlic and coriander in the glass. Crush 3 sec / vel 7.
- Add the avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix 10 sec / vel 4.
- With the Thermomix in operation at Vel 4, add the olive oil in fine thread by the mouth. Mix 10 sec.
- Try and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge.
Mint and yogurt dressing (Themomix)
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Place the garlic and mint in the glass. Crush 3 sec / vel 7.
- Add yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix 10 sec / vel 4.
- Try and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Save in a bottle and refrigera.
- Additional tips:
- All dressings are preserved in the fridge for 3-5 days (except for avocado, which is better to consume it the same day).
- If you prefer a more liquid texture, add a little more oil or water.
