Top and middle shelves – It is one of the coldest areas of the refrigerators and here you must put the food that once opened must be kept cold, such as already cooked food, or sweets and desserts, dairy
lower shelf – (just above the bottom drawer) is the area with the lowest temperature in the fridge and is good for perishable foods such as raw fish and meat. Also for food that we are going to defrost (always in defrosting containers that collect the water)
drawers – here the temperature is not very cold, (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH GRADE 0 DRAWERS), ideal for eggs and butter, drinks, jams…
