175 grams of flour
50 grams of sugar
the zest of an orange (only the orange part)

we remove the part of the ends of the pumpkin and then cut it in half lengthwise
remove the seeds with a spoon
and then we cut each half of the pumpkin into smaller parts
with a knife we peel the parts of the pumpkin and remove the skin to leave only the meat of the pumpkin
we put them in a bowl and we crush them with a kitchen robot, until they are like a dough, we add an egg 50 gr of sugar a pinch of salt and the grated zest of an orange
and mix everything well for 1 or 2 minutes
Add the flour and baking powder and mix everything again.
We should have a mass of texture neither very liquid nor very solid
We preheat our air fryer for 2 minutes at 200ºC
We place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of our air fryer and with a spoon we take part of the dough and make our fritters the size we want, placing them at the bottom of the air fryer
with a brush, put a little olive oil on top and program
8 minutes / 200ºC
while we put a plate with sugar and ground cinnamon and put it all together
When we take out our fritters, we pass them a little through the cinnamon and sugar and they will be ready to eat.
