4 sausages
4 large potatoes washed and boiled
Olive oil
105 grams of mushrooms, clean and chopped
85 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
102 milliliters of cooking cream
1 shallot peeled and cut into strips
22 grams of melted butter
The leaves of a rosemary sprig
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 vegetable stock cube

Preparation of Potatoes stuffed with sausages and mushrooms with an air fryer – airfryer

Once you have all the ingredients, follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half, then empty them.
Chop the pulp of the potatoes and reserve it.
In a frying pan, pour a little oil and add the shallot with the salt, the stock cube and a glass of water. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and another little bit of salt to the mixture. Cook over high heat until the mushroom water evaporates.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the pulp of the potatoes and a tablespoon of oil to it. He mixes everything well and then adds the rosemary.
Next, take a baking dish and add butter to it. Then, place the halves of the potatoes in it and fill them with the sausages and the mixture that you have in the pan. Then, pour over the cheese and finally the cream and pepper.
Put the source in the fryer and program to
200º / 10 minutes.
