- 300 g of carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 200 g of chirivías (a sweet and earthy touch)
- 100 g of naboosos (for a crunchy contrast)
- 430 g of potatoes (the perfect base)
- 4 eggs (which will provide protein and creaminess)
- 70 g of leek (only the white part, for softness)
- 250 g of pipinillos in vinegar (the acid touch that takes off)
- 180 g of apple (better if Fuji or Pink Lady)
- 220 g of peas (frozen or fresh, as you prefer)
And for dressing:
- 280-300 g of mayonnaise (homemade, if you dare)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (essential to give character)
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (to decorate and contribute freshness)

- Chop and cook the vegetables: start crushing carrots, chirivías and celery turnip in the glass (5 seconds, speed 5). Then do the same with the potatoes (9 seconds, speed 4). Place them in the varoma and steamed them along with the eggs (14 minutes, varoma, speed 1).
