Recipe of our friend and collaborator Luz Maria Lagoa. I couldn’t think of more ideas to spend ripe bananas. So yesterday I settled in slices and frozen.

A creamy ice cream of banana and natural yogurt. Surrender, very delicious and natural.
Can you ask for more ???

You can present it with nuts, chocolate chips, with what you like the most. I with homemade candy syrup I recommend it

Platano creamy ice cream ingredients with Thermomix

5 ripe bananas (frozen in slices)
3 Natural yogurts (preferably Greeks, semi -granted)
40 gr honey

Platano creamy ice cream preparation with Thermomix

Bananas to the glass, we crush, 40 sec, V- progressive, 6/9
We add the honey, sec, V-5.
Now the semi-frozen yogurts ,, 20 sec, V- progressive of 5/9.
We serve and enjoy

NOTE

If we are not going to consume it at the time, we guide the mixture in a Tupper.
When we go to eat, we start in pieces and put them in the glass and crush, 40 sec, V- progressive 6/10
It only remains to enjoy, good benefit
