McDonalds Air Fryer Deluxe Potato Ingredients

  • 3 small potatoes, clean and unpeeled
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano,
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika (optional),
  • Olive oil

Preparation of McDonalds deluxe fries with air fryer

  1. To start our recipe, wash the potatoes well, but leave them with skin
  2. Dry them well and cut the potatoes into “gajos” and put them on a plate
  3. We add the special and salt, sweet and hot pepper, pepper, garlic, oregano and a little olive oil on top and mix everything well to soak well
  4. (We can also do this whole process in a plastic cooking bag so that the potatoes mix well with the spices and the olive oil)
  5. We put the potatoes on the rack of our air fryer and cook
  6. 18 minutes / 180ºC
  7. At 9 minutes we turn the potatoes so that they cook evenly on the sides
