Today we bring another recipe from our friend Luz Maria Lagoa Vives. Hello comrades. We were looking for something simple to use up the yogurt that seems to be forgotten since no one eats it.
We really liked this cake with yogurt and cheese with the citrus touch of lemon. I recommend it.

Ingredients of Lemon yogurt and cheese cake with thermomix
300 g natural yogurt without sugar or lemon (preferably Greek)
400 gr cream cheese
Lemon zest and juice (about 50 ml)
170 gr sugar
4 eggs (M)
100 g melted butter
100 gr wheat flour

Cheese, yogurt and sugar in the glass, 30 seconds / speed 5,
then at speed 4, we will add the eggs one at a time (until the first one is added, we will not add the next one)
We add the butter, juice and zest
4 seconds / speed 5
finally the flour
4 seconds / speed 6.
We spread the mold with butter.
We pour the dough. We lightly tap the table to remove any air bubbles.
Oven preheated to 190°, heat up and down
We bake for about 30/35 min.
We turn off and remove (without unmolding), cool to room temperature.
Once cold, we will put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
