1 lemon
40 grams of coarse salt
3 drops of dish soap
200ml of water

The first thing we are going to do is wash the lemon and cut it into pieces, removing any seeds it may have.
Once clean and cut, we put it in our Thermomix glass along with the 40 G of reza salt, a few drops of dish soap (fairy) and 200 ml of water and program
4 minutes / 75 °C / speed 3
once finished we reschedule
1 minute / speed 10
All we have to do is throw away the contents and rinse it with hot water.
We dry and that’s it!!
