Ingredients of Curried meatballs with GM pot
for the meatballs
500 grams minced meat (I use a mixture)
2 slices of sliced bread
2 slices of sliced bread
2 cloves garlic
parsley
75 grams milk
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
nutmeg
curry
flour to coat
for the curry sauce
1 large tablespoon of curry
200 grams spring onion
oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 measuring cup chicken broth
1 measuring cup of coconut milk (if we don’t have it we can make it with normal milk)
Preparation of meatballs curry with pot GM
The first thing we will do is in a bowl, moisten the milk with the sliced bread, and in a mortar mash the garlic and parsley, we put them both together with the meat, the egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg and a tablespoon of curry
and leave everything in the bowl to macerate for a few hours in the refrigerator
then we make the meatballs the size we like and pass them through flour
put a little oil in the pan and brown the meatballs a little in 2 batches

finely chop the onion and in the same oil in which we have fried the meatballs, fry the onion for about 8 minutes
Add the flour and
fry / 1 minute
we are adding very little by little both the broth and the coconut milk and the curry and we are stirring it
When everything is well combined, we put the meatballs with the sauce they have, we remove them very carefully so as not to break the meatballs and we program
closed valve / stew menu / 120ºC / 5 minutes / medium pressure
