Creamy tomato sauce ingredients in Thermomix
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 30 g of olive oil
- 30 g of flour
- 2 cans of tomatoes (or fresh if you are lucky to have them from the garden 🍅🌿)
- 25 g of tomato paste
- 70 g of cream cheese (you can use with herbs for more flavor)
- 80 g of cream or milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon full of vegetable broth
- 1 spoonful of Italian herbs

- Chop the onion and garlic: place the onion and garlic in the thermomix vessel and crush 10-15 seconds at speed 5.
