INGREDIENTS OF INTEGRAL HAMBURGUES PANECLES WITH THERMOMIX
225 gr Harina strength
225 gr Integral spelled flour
150 ml milk
180 ml water
14 Fresh yeast
15 gr sugar
30 gr butter (ambient temperature)
Salt Pizquina (about 9 gr)

Preparation of comprehensive hamburger panecillos with Thermomix
We tempered the microwave water, we throw the sugar and the crumbled yeast, stir and let 15 min stand (so we will know that our yeast is in good condition and works (bubbles will come out on the surface)
We put the flours and salt (hidden), in the glass, we put the yeast already activated and the milk, 10 sec, V-4, let stand for 20 min (so that the flour particles are hydrated), after that time, we knead 4 min, v-espiga, then we throw the butter and knead about 3 min.
