At the moment you have all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
In a bowl, mix the cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, oregano, basil and chicken.
With the resulting mixture shape the meatballs. Afterwards, you will have to add a little oil to them.
Preheat fryer to
190º / 5 minutes.
Next, put half of the meatballs in the deep fryer at
190º / 10 minutes.
In the previous step, when 5 minutes have elapsed, flip the meatballs so that they are done well.
Follow the same steps with the other half of the meatballs.
