MOUSSE MILK MOUSSE CAKE INGREDIENTS WITH THERMOMIX
BASE
180 gr of chocolate cookies (or those available)
80 gr of butter
MOUSSE
500 ml of cream to mount
400 gr of dulce de leche
5 sheet gelatin leaves
DECK
180 gr of milk chocolate (melt)
135 ml of cream to mount
35 gr of butter
Dulce de Milk Mousse Tart Preparation with Thermomix
BASE
Glass cookies, sec, progressive speed (6-10)
Derret the microwave butter, turn chopped cookies together with butter in the mold, pressure a glass reverse. Introduce to the fridge until use
MOUSSE
Put the cream very cold in the glass, ride v-3 and a half (eye change of noise), book in fridge
Jelly to hydrate in cold water
Heat 100 gr of dulce de leche, just 30 sec in the microwave, drain the gelatin and incorporate it into the dulce de leche; Remove the gelatin to completely dissolve. In a wide bowl we put the 300 gr of dulce de leche and incorporate the 100 gr of sweet with the gelatin, stir. We are gradually incorporating into the cream bowl with enveloping movements. Let’s pour the mousse on the basis of cookies, we smoothed and put in fridge, minimum 6 hours
DECK
We introduce the cream and butter in the glass, 3 min, 90 °, V-2.
We split the chocolate, we are introducing it by the vowel to V-3, (without time); until it is founded
We let cool a little (to warn)
Past assembly
We take out the fridge cake (after 6 am)
And we pour the chocolate all over the surface. Bring a minimum of 2 hours again. After that time, we unmold and decorate to taste
