Banana creamy ice cream ingredients in Thermomix
- 360 g of ripe bananas (without peel)
- 270 g of milk
- 215 g of cream (beat cream)
- 7 g of lemon juice
- 120 g of brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of creamy banana ice cream in Thermomix
- We prepare the ice cream base
- In the thermomix glass, we add the brown sugar and the pinch of salt. We program 10 seconds at 10 speed to spray the sugar and obtain a finer texture.
- We pour the milk and cream into the glass and mix 10 seconds at speed 4.
- We program 8 minutes, 90 ° C, speed 2 to heat the mixture without boiling.
- We let the mixture cool at room temperature and then take it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- We prepare banana puree
- Peel bananas and remove the darkest parts and fibers.
- We place them in the glass along with the lemon juice and crush 15 seconds at speed 5 until a soft puree.
- We mix and freeze
- We incorporate banana puree into the cold mixture of milk and cream into the Thermomix vessel.
- We mix 20 seconds at speed 4 to integrate all ingredients well.
- We pour the mixture into a container suitable for freezer and let stand in the freezer for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a spatula to avoid the formation of ice crystals.
- If you have a refrigerator, you can pour the mixture into the machine and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to obtain a more creamy texture.

- Before serving, we take out the freezer’s ice cream for a few minutes to soften slightly.
