- 500 g of potatoes (you can vary the amount to your liking)
- 500 g of cauliflower in pieces (adjustable according to your preference)
- 350 g of milk (it can be vegetable if you prefer a version without dairy)
- 1 ½ teaspoon of salt
- 30 g of olive oil or butter
- A pinch of nutmeg (optional, but enhances the taste)
