Ingredients of Cheesecake with white chocolate with thermomix
BASE
- 160 gr cookies
- 80 g melted butter
STUFFED
- 400 gr cream cheese
- 200 gr goat curl
- 120 gr brown cane sugar
- 200 gr white chocolate
- 300 ml cream
- vanilla essence
- 5 eggs (M)
- 30 g cornstarch

BASE
- Cookies in the glass,
- 6 seconds / speed 8.
- Set aside in a bowl and add the melted butter.
- Line the base and sides of the mold with baking paper, pour out the dough and distribute it over the surface. We put it in the refrigerator
STUFFED
- Break the chocolate and pour the hot cream, stir until the chocolate disintegrates. We reserve
- Cheese, sugar, essence, eggs, cream with chocolate and cornstarch in the glass,

- We take the base out of the refrigerator and pour it over the top.
- Oven previously preheated to 180°, heat up and down.
- We bake for about 40 minutes, turn it off, remove the rack a little outside, make it stop against the door and leave it for 30 minutes.
- If you want it less compact, skip that step. At home we like it better this way, denser but without losing its creaminess.
- We let it cool to room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- After that time, we unmold and finish decorating to taste.
