24 pepperoni slices
4 flour pancakes
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 tablespoons pizza sauce
2 strips of mozzarella cheese

Preparation of pizza rolls with an air fryer – airfryer

At the moment you gather all these products, follow the steps that we indicate:
Preheat the fryer to
190º / 5 minutes.
Microwave each pancake for about 15 – 20 seconds.
Take a pancake and add a tablespoon of sauce to it. Then, add 6 slices of pepperoni, then add the cheese and immediately proceed to roll the pancake with all those ingredients inside. Do the same with the other three pancakes.
Paint each pancake with a little olive oil.
Next, put the rolls in the fryer and program to
190º / 5 minutes.
