Egg and bacon sandwich with thermomix

We are going with a new sandwich for our dinners this time of bacon and egg, hard-boiled egg to be more exact, which together with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise now our delicious sandwich

as always it will take only a few minutes to do it, unless you also want to make your own, sandwich bread

Egg and bacon sandwich ingredients with thermomix

250 grams of sliced bacon
100 grams of mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mustard
100 ml of water

Preparation of egg and bacon sandwich with thermomix

We put the water in our Thermomix bowl, we introduce the eggs in the basket and we proceed to cook them
14 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
take the eggs out of the basket being careful not to burn ourselves and put them under cold water, peel the hard-boiled eggs and reserve
We put the sliced bacon in the microwave, once done we put it in the glass of our Thermomix together with the hard-boiled eggs and chop
4 seconds / speed 4
put everything in a bowl and add the mayonnaise and mustard and stir very well
Now we only have to fill our sandwich
As always, if we are not going to take it at the same time that we have done it, we can store it in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
