White chocolate flan ingredients without eggs with Thermomix

  • 800 ml milk
  • 500 ml cream
  • 220 gr white chocolate
  • 100/120 gr sugar (according to sweetness)
  • 25 gr curdled powder (2 and a half envelopes)
  • Liquid candy (CN)

Preparation of white chocolate flan without eggs with Thermomix

  1. Chocolate to the glass, 7 sec, v’8.
  2. We add all the ingredients except the caramel, 6 sec, V-6.
  3. Then, 12 min, 90 °, V-4.
  4. We put the candy in the flaneras, place a strainer and pour the mixture on it.
  5. We let cool to room temperature and then we will take them to the cold for a few hours (better all night)
  6. It only remains to enjoy, good benefit
