Step by step in the Thermomix

1. Prepare the gelatin
2. Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water and let them hydrate for a few minutes.
3. Melt the chocolate and mix with the punch
4. Place the white chocolate in pieces in the Thermomix glass and chop it for 5 seconds at speed 8.
5. Add the eggnog and program 5 minutes at 50°C, speed 2, so that the chocolate melts and mixes with the eggnog.
6. Add the gelatin
7. Drain the hydrated gelatin and add it to the glass with the melted chocolate and punch. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 3, until the gelatin is well integrated.
8. Let the mixture cool in the glass for a few minutes.
9. Add the whipped cream
10. Pour the cold cream into another bowl and beat it with a whisk until it is almost firm (a little creamy).
11. Add a tablespoon of the whipped cream to the punch and chocolate mixture in the Thermomix glass, and mix for 10 seconds at speed 2 to balance the temperature.
12. Then, fold in the rest of the cream with circular movements using a spatula to keep the mixture aerated.
13. Serve and refrigerate
14. Divide the eggnog cream among 4 dessert glasses and refrigerate for a few hours, or preferably overnight, to firm up.
15. Decoration
16. Whip the cream to decorate
17. Place the cream for the decoration in the clean, dry glass of the Thermomix. Add the stabilizer and powdered sugar and whip the cream for 1-2 minutes at speed 3.5, until firm.

Decorate the dessert

1. Decorate each glass of punch cream with a dollop of whipped cream. Add dark chocolate shavings and, if desired, place a raspberry in each glass.
