It is a German cream that I have loved as a snack and spread on a little bread. But you can eat it as you like.

Ingredients of Spicy cheese cream with Thermomix
- 152 grams of natural cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 1 onion
- Half a teaspoon of red pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable broth
- 1 garlic
- 3 tablespoons of frozen herb mix
- 1 teaspoon of ajvar sauce (garlic, red pepper, and eggplant)
- 1 teaspoon of herb salt
Preparation of Spicy cheese cream with Thermomix
- When you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow these steps:
- Put the peeled garlic and onion in the robot glass and program at
- speed 5 / 5 seconds.
- Then, add the oil and program at
- speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 3 minutes.
- Next, add the other ingredients and start the Thermomix at
- speed 3 / 10 seconds.
