A 1.2 kg pork rib
Salt
Ground black pepper
sweet paprika
Provencal herbs
ground cayenne
garlic powder
onion powder
Olive oil
Lime or lemon
Chives (optional)
Preparation of Ribs in an air fryer – airfryer
Prepare the dressing:
In a container, mix salt, ground black pepper, sweet paprika and olive oil.
Brush the ribs on both sides with this mixture.
We place the ribs on aluminum foil and close it completely. If necessary, we use more aluminum foil to make sure it is well closed.
First cooking process:
We take the wrapped ribs to the basket of the air fryer.
We select the Air Fryer mode at 170°C for 30 minutes. An advantage of the double resistance is that it is not necessary to turn the food.
Prepare the marinade:
While the ribs are in the first process, we prepare the marinade for the second process.
In a container, add the juice of half a lime or lemon, Provencal herbs, ground cayenne to taste, garlic powder, onion powder and mix well.
We reserve the marinade.
Second cooking process:
After the first 30 minutes, we remove the ribs from the basket being careful not to burn ourselves.
We remove the aluminum foil and transfer the ribs to a plate. If you want, you can take advantage of the broth released by the ribs and add it to the marinade.
We brush the ribs on both sides with the prepared marinade and place it back in the air fryer basket, this time without aluminum foil.
We cook at 190°C for 25 minutes.
Finish and serve:
After 25 minutes, the ribs are ready. They are tender and delicious.
Optionally, we add a decorative touch with chopped chives.
