Pizza Soup Ingredients with Thermomix
- 1 jar of mushrooms
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 500 grams of crushed tomato
- 1 jar of fried tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 large pepper
- 200 grams of milk cream
- 100 grams of cream cheese with herbs
- 1 package of ham cubes
- 3 teaspoons vegetable broth powder
- 3 tablespoons pizza seasoning
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- 20 grams of olive oil
- 50 grams of water
Preparation of Pizza Soup with thermomix
- Prepare the pepper and onions:
- Cut the pepper into pieces and the onions in half. Place them in the blender glass and chop them for 4 seconds at speed 5.
- Stir-fry:
- Add the ham cubes and olive oil to the glass. Cook for 3 minutes, reverse rotation, at 120°C, speed 1.
- Add tomatoes:
- Add the crushed tomatoes and herbed tomatoes. Cook for 8 minutes at 100°C, reverse rotation, speed 1.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except the meat):
- Add all the remaining ingredients except the ground beef. Cook for 8 minutes at 100°C, reverse rotation, speed 1. If necessary, mix the spices with the spatula.
- Add the ground beef:
- Finally, add the ground beef a little at a time through the opening in the lid as it cooks. Cook for a further 20 minutes at 100°C, reverse rotation, speed 1 until completely cooked.
