Ingredients
- 300 grams of ice cubes
- 6 sprigs of peppermint
- 250 grams of dry white wine (Manzanilla) or Fino de Jerez
- 500 grams of Sprite or 7up
Preparation
- We put the 300 grams of ice in our Thermomix bowl, along with 2 branches of mint, the white wine or chamomile and we crush everything
- 10 seconds / speed 5
- We add wl sprite or 7up and mix
- 5 seconds / speed 1
- We put the basket in the glass and strain the content and serve in 4 glasses
- we put ice and a sprig of mint to each glass and ready to drink
