Oreo coffee frappe with Thermomix

Preparation of Oreo Frappe with Thermomix

1. Prepare the coffee base:
2. Place the prepared coffee in a container and let it cool.
3. Crush the Oreos:
4. Place the 4 Oreos in the Thermomix glass.
5. Grind for 5 seconds / speed 6.
6. Reserve some of the crushed Oreos for topping if desired.
7. Mix the coffee cream:
8. Add the milk, whipping cream, cooled coffee and ice cubes to the glass.
9. Mix for 15 seconds / speed 8, until a homogeneous and cold mixture remains.
10. Mounting:
11. Serve the mixture in a large glass.
12. Decorate with whipped cream on top.
13. Sprinkle with reserved crushed Oreos or top with a whole Oreo.
14. Optional:
15. If you prefer a creamier drink, you can add more whipping cream when mixing.
