- 3 oreos
- 2 apples
- 1 banana
- some ice cubes
- Milk
Preparation of Oreo, banana and apple smoothie with Thermomix
- peel the bananas and cut them into chunks
- We clean and divide the apple into 4 pieces, removing the core
- We put in our Thermomix bowl the oreo cookies, the bananas and the apple together with the milk and beat
- 3 minutes / progressive speed 8-9-10
- Our smoothie will be ready to serve
