Preparation of Bacon Pizza and sausages with thermomix
- To prepare this exquisite Bacon and sausage pizza with thermomix, have the ingredients weighed and/or measured, and start preparing the dough, to do this, pour the water and salt into the Thermomix bowl, program.
- 1 minute / Temperature 37° / Speed 2.
- Immediately add the flour together with the yeast and program.
- 1 minute / Spike Speed.
- You will obtain a dough, unctuous and sticky, which you should remove from the Thermomix bowl and continue kneading for a few more minutes on a surface, with your hands greased with oil.
- Let the dough rest until doubled in volume (minimum 30 minutes).
- While the dough is resting, preheat the oven to 250°C.
- Once the resting time is over, stretch the dough leaving it very thin and giving it the desired pizza shape.
- Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper to prevent the dough from sticking.
- On the other hand, pour the sausages together with the bacon into the Thermomix bowl and program.
- 4 seconds / Speed 4.
- Once the sausages and bacon have been chopped, have all the ingredients to assemble the pizza.
- Then pour the tomato or fried tomato sauce over the dough, the mozzarella cheese cut into slices or grated, distribute the sausages and bacon all over the pizza, sprinkle with oregano and place the clean basil leaves.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese gratin at 250°C.
