1 liter milk
250 gr (bread, backward pastries), I, from Torrijas
80 gr powders (potox, incorporated sugar
100/120 gr sugar (if your flan contains it, omit it)
Liquid candy (for the bottom of the mold)

We put the pastries or the remains of what you want to take advantage, in the glass, 5 sec, V-6.
We add the other ingredients except the caramel, 10 sec, V-5.
Next, we program 9 min, 90 °, V-4.
(Look at that temperature)
Candy the mold and pour the mixture.
We cover with film. When it tempers, we take the cold for a few hours
