Ingredients of Pineapple and mango sorbet with thermomix
- 50 grams of lemon juice
- 100 grams of orange juice
- 400 grams of fresh pineapple (peeled, chopped and previously frozen in pieces)
- 400 grams of mango (chopped and previously frozen in pieces)
- 150 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of cava (optional)
Preparation of pineapple and mango sorbet with thermomix
- Put the lemon juice, orange juice, frozen pineapple, mango and sugar in the glass. Shred
- 1 minute / progressive speed 5-10
- Serve in glasses and fill them with the cava.
