For the base:
92 grams of desiccated coconut
122 grams of butter
122 grams of flour
152 grams of brown sugar
For the marshmallow:
2 drops of coloring
227 grams of white sugar
1 and a half tablespoons of gelatin
152 grams of water

Elaboration
When you already have all those ingredients, follow the steps that I indicate:
The first thing is to prepare the base. To do this, pour the butter into the glass and program at
speed 1 / 60º/ 90 seconds.
Then, add the coconut, flour and brown sugar. Program to
speed 3 / 30 seconds.
On a baking tray, put greaseproof paper and pour the contents of the glass onto it. Spread the mixture well.
Next, put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there at
180º / 10 minutes.
After that time, take it out and let it cool.
For the marshmallows, wash the glass and dry it. Then, add the white sugar and start the robot at high speed.

Now, add the gelatin and water. Program to
speed 2 / 100º / 8 minutes.
Wait for it to cool a little and, when it does, add the coloring and place the butterfly. Program to
speed 4 / 8 minutes.
Now what will be left is that you spread the contents of the glass on the base that you have on the baking tray. Put the tray in the refrigerator until it sets. When it does, cut this dessert into slices and enjoy.
