- 25 g sugar (15 ml of the invert and 10 g of the whitewash)
- 30 gr butter (TA)
- 2 teaspoons water

2nd MASS
- The previous mass
- 220 gr strong flour
- 120 gr sugar (60 ml of the invert and 60 gr of the whitewash)
- 2 eggs (M)
- Pinch of salt
- A good splash of vanilla essence
- Zest of 1 lemon
