One of the functions widely used in thermomix but that when you buy the thermomix food processor for the first time, more doubts arise about its operation are the functions reverse rotation and spoon speed

to start let’s say that If it is a recipe, we select the 2 functions together, what our thermomix will do is stir very slowly and very gently, pampering the food. no matter how delicate they are, as if you stir slowly with a wooden spoon
