Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini
- 100 grams of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 140 grams of green bell pepper
- 140 grams of red bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 250 grams of fried tomato
- 25 grams of olive oil
- 75 grams grated cheese for gratin
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- We empty the zucchini and place them on the rod (bottom and tray). We reserve the pulp.
- Wrap the egg in film and place it in the container, also, reserve.
- Chop the onion, garlic and peppers, 4 seconds / Speed 4
- We lowered the remains. If we like it more chopped, we program 4 seconds / speed 6
- We add the oil, salt, pepper, tomato and zucchini pulp, and place the rod in its position and program 30 minutes / Varoma / speed 2.
- We drain the excess water from the zucchini hulls, and place them in an oven dish.
