Ingredients
- To be able to make slushie for about four people you need to have the following products that we indicate:
- 500 - 600 grams of watermelon without seeds or shells.
- 150 grams of sugar.
- 600 grams of ice.
- 1 lemon.
Instructions
- When you have all those ingredients in the kitchen, it's time to follow these steps:
- Peel the lemon. Add the sugar to the glass of the robot and program it at progressive speed 5-7-9 for about 10 seconds.
- Then pour the contents onto a plate and set aside.
- Then pour the watermelon and the lemon into the glass. Program the Thermomix at the same speed as in the previous step but for 40 seconds.
- Add the sugar and program it again at speed 5 for about 10 seconds.
- Finally, add the cubes to the glass and program at speed 5-10 until the cubes are well crushed.
