Dżem truskawkowy z thermomixem
We have already made a few jams and all are done in a similar way, but we lacked a classic and that is the one I like the most.
We had made orange, apricot, pomidor … but we had not put the recipe for strawberry jam, unforgivable.
It’s very easy to do, let’s go there!
We store it in jars that we have sterilized previously (as we have explained in other occasions), leaving 1 cm of the jar unfilled, once filled we cover them and turn them over until they are cold, once cold we will keep them in the refrigerator.
