Ingredients to make creamy coconut and pineapple ice cream with thermomix
2 frozen coconut yogurt
400 grams of evaporated milk frozen in cubes
8 pineapple slices frozen in their juice 1 w 1 (1 medium can)
100 gramy cukru
Process freezing ingredients: Before starting to make our ice cream we must freeze several of the ingredients as we have been able to see so the day before or a few hours before we will freeze the 2 coconut yogurts in a ice bucket (of those of silicone) we will fill it of evaporated milk, instead of water to make cubes, we will also freeze our 8 slices of pineapple one by one not all together.
