Pita bread with thermomix

Instructions

1. We put in the glass of our thermomix the water, oil and sugar and we program 1
2. minute, 37º, speed 1.
3. Add the yeast and mix 10 seconds, speed 4.
4. Add the flour and salt and program 30 seconds, speed 6.
5. Once the previous steps are done, we will knead the program for 3 minutes,
6. closed glass, spike speed.
7. Let it rest in the same glass of the thermomix until it doubles the volume, it
8. usually takes approximately 30 minutes.
9. We preheat the oven to 220º. We take out the dough on the floured workbench and
10. make balls of approximately 50 g.
11. Once done we extend them with a rolling pin or as we do with a bottle forming
12. pancakes 12 or 14 cm in diameter.
13. About 14 or 15 units should come out. (You can make them more or less large, as
14. long as the dough is left very fine)
15. We place the pancakes in the oven, on baking paper.
16. Try not to flour the pancakes too much when shaping them.
17. Bake for 5 minutes.
18. Note: the pita bread must be hollow inside (to be able to fill it).
