Ingredients
- 600 grams of monkfish

- 1 garlic clove

- 100 grams of cream
- 20 grams of maize flour
- 25 grams of lemon juice

Instructions
- Put 1 yellow onion and 1 clove of garlic in the Thermomix. Mix 5 sec/speed 5 Add 100 grams of sliced leeks (whites only) into the Thermomix and cook for 4 min/100°C/speed 1
- Put 200 grams of white wine, 2 pinches of salt (to adjust according to taste) and 2 pinches of pepper (to adjust according to taste) into the Thermomix. Cook 6 min/variety/speed 1
- We now add 350 grams of water and 1 cube of fish stock to the Thermomix.
- Add the cooking basket. We make 600 grams of monkfish fillets cut into cubes in the cooking basket. We place the rod.
