Mole eggs with thermomix
A delicious canarian dessert that few people know about and once you try it, you’re hooked. It consists of a mixture of egg yolks, gofio and water, with a lemon and cinnamon syrup, sounds very true.

Ingredients
- 300 grams of sugar
- 13 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of liquid caramel
- To decorate
- 50 grams of gofio
Instructions
- We start by putting the butterfly on the blades of our thermomix glass and add the sugar, the yolks and the whole egg and program 20 minutes / 40ºC / speed 3
- We keep it in a hermetic tupperware and we keep it in the freezer to chill until the moment of serving because it does not freeze
- When we go to eat we serve in bowls put the caramel on top and sprinkle with the gofio
