Ingredients
- 1000 grams of milk
- 15 grams of vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 140 grams of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 pack of M&M chocolates
- 5 Oreo cookies
- Chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Start by combining milk, eggs, and vanilla sugar in the Thermomix bowl. Program: 10 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 4.
- Pour this mixture into a freezer-safe container, spread it evenly, cover, and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours of freezing, put the M&M chocolates in the Thermomix bowl to crush them. Program: 2 turbo pulses. Remove the crushed M&M from the Thermomix bowl and set aside.
- Repeat the same process to crush the Oreo cookies. Program: 2 turbo pulses. Remove the crushed Oreo cookies from the Thermomix bowl and reserve.
- Take the ice cream mixture out of the freezer and divide it into parts to make blending easier.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into the Thermomix bowl and program: 40 seconds / Speed 6.
- If necessary, repeat the same procedure with the same time and speed to achieve the texture of McDonald's-style McFlurry ice cream.
- Place the butterfly whisk in position and program again: 1 minute / Speed 4.
- At this point, you can separate the mixture into two parts to make M&M McFlurry and Oreo McFlurry. Remove half of the ice cream mixture from the Thermomix bowl and add the crushed M&M. Program: 10 seconds / Speed 4.
- Remove this mixture from the Thermomix bowl and repeat the same procedure with the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Serve in tulip glasses or ice cream cups, decorate with more M&M or Oreo as desired, and finish by adding a generous amount of chocolate syrup.
