Ingredients
- 1 liter of pasteurized whole milk
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- the skin of 1 lemon, (only the yellow part, remove all the white that bitter)
- 1 natural yogurt or natural Greek if we like creamy
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
Instructions
- We put the sugar in our thermomix glass together with the lemon skin and pulverize 10 seconds / speed 8
- We add the whole milk and the milk powder and mix everything 15 seconds / speed 5
- Once mixed we program 10 minutes / 90ºC / Speed 2
- Let cool to 37 ° C Add the yogurt and mix all 15 seconds / Speed 6
- Fill the jars for yogurt that we have prepared with a strainer to remove the micro remains of the lemon peel and cover with aluminum foil but have a lid
- We put it in the yogurt maker so that it sets and our yogurt will be ready
