Ingredients
- 510 grams of boneless and chopped lamb meat
- 12 plates of dry and precooked lasagna
- 35 grams of olive oil
- 2 garlic
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 110 grams of spinach
- 160 grams of onion
- 100 grams of feta cheese
- 210 grams of chopped aubergine
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 140 grams of grated cheese
- 52 grams of dry white wine
- For the bechamel:
- A pinch of salt, ground pepper and nutmeg
- 800 grams of milk
- 62 grams of butter
- 100 grams of flour
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Pour the oil, garlic, eggplant and onion into the glass. Program a
- speed 4/6 seconds.
- Then reprogram to
- spoon speed / reverse turn / 120º / 15 minutes.
- Then add the wine, meat, cumin and pepper. Program a
- spoon speed / reverse turn / 120º / 10 minutes.
- Reserve and then add the spinach, salt and feta cheese to that mixture. Move everything very well.
- Add the butter, nutmeg, flour, milk, salt, and pepper to the glass. Put the robot to work
- speed 3 / 100º / 10 minutes.
- Place four plates of lasagna, passed through hot water, in a baking dish. Pour on that part of the reserved content, on those put another four plates and the rest of the content. Finally, put the other four plates, then pour the béchamel from the glass and the grated cheese on top.
- Put the dish in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 20 minutes at 180º.
