- 30 gr of sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- We peel the kiwis and cut them into slices and freeze them
- To start our recipe we will put the sugar in our thermomix glass and pulverize it 10 seconds / speed 9 We add the frozen kiwis and the lemon juice and crush 40 seconds / progressive speed 6-10
- We place the butterfly on the blades, we put the egg whites and program 9 minutes / speed 3
- We serve in glasses immediately
