To make thisdrink for 3 peopleYou need to have the products that we are going to indicate below.Take note:
300 grams of ice cubes.
100 grams oftequilawhite.
1 egg white.
60 grams of sugar.
Salt to taste.
30 grams ofCointreau.
50 grams ofnatural lemon juice.

After gathering all those ingredients,it’s time to start making this cocktail that concerns us:
The first thing will be to pour the sugar into the robot’s glass.will be scheduled tospeed 10for 10 seconds to spray it.
Next,the lemon juice,the Cointreau and the tequila will be added to program the Thermomix for the same time as in the previous step but atspeed 6.
The next step will be to also pour the egg white,the ice cubes and a little salt.
The robot will be programmed at speed 10 for a few seconds until there is a perfect mixture.
And this exquisite cocktail will be ready and will be served in suitable glasses,which can be accompanied by a slice of lemon.
