600 grams of ripe raff tomatoes
200 grams of zucchini
1/2 large green bell pepper

3 tablespoons of vinegar

Instructions

To start you must have the Thermomix ready to add the ingredients. And let's get to work!
Wash the tomatoes, zucchini and green bell pepper very well (the tomatoes and zucchini should be peeled as well as the garlic).
The fastest way to peel the tomatoes is to blanch them, or soak them for a minute in hot water.
Add to the Thermomix glass the tomatoes chopped in not too small pieces and the zucchini in pieces, and add the 100 ml of olive oil, the 3 spoonfuls of vinegar (it can be wine vinegar to vary the flavor a little) and add the usual amount of salt or to your taste. Program the Thermomix 30 seconds / speed 5.
Check the thickness of the soup and the touch of salt.
If you need to add water to soften the thickness, add it and reprogram the Thermomix 30 seconds / speed 5.
This operation can be repeated as many times as necessary to obtain the desired cream thickness.
The size of the tomatoes and cucumber will influence this.
Another option to thicken the cream is to add some white bread, a few pieces to the Thermomix for 45 seconds / speed 5
Finally, to serve you can show off by letting your imagination run wild.
One option will be to place some pieces of ice on a tray and over it the large soup tureen so that each guest can serve himself as he likes and the Gazpacho does not lose its pleasant temperature.
Or serve the gazpacho in individual cups accompanied by a garnish of diced toast, cucumber, onion and/or green bell pepper cubes.
Don't forget to use fresh cilantro or parsley leaves for decoration.
